The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
A return request must be initiated within 7 Days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.
Exceptions: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods.
Custom or personalized items.
Clearance or final sale items.
